Scenic Overflights
You will enjoy scenic overflights on one of dozens of prop planes that swing through valleys and over picturesque mountain ranges year-round in some of the (economically) poorest regions, from the stunning lowlands of Magdalena Medio to the breathtaking peaks in the Catatumbo. You should take advantage of them, these planes and their helicopter sentries are generous gifts of US taxpayers. But be careful not to get caught under one of their unannounced missions, they unleash a poison gas called glyphosphate that has been documented causing stillbirths in pregnant women, sickening others with hideous sores, poisoning drinking water and killing animals, to say nothing of the damage wrought on subsistence agriculture. But, that being said, they're still scenic.
